Refund/Purchase Policy


Smart HealthPass is an authorized direct to consumer reseller partner for Teladoc, Inc. Smart HealthPass/Teladoc does not replace the primary care physician. Smart HealthPass/Teladoc does not guarantee that a prescription will be written. Smart HealthPass/Teladoc operates subject to state regulation and may not be available in certain states. Smart HealthPass/Teladoc does not prescribe DEA controlled substances, non-therapeutic drugs and certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Smart HealthPass/Teladoc physicians reserve the right to deny care for potential misuse of services. Smart HealthPass/Teladoc phone consultations are available 24 hours, 7 days a week while video consultations are available during the hours of 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week.

Smart HealthPass website allows for individuals to enroll in our non-insurance healthcare benefit. By executing a transaction through the Smart HealthPass website, or any of its affiliated websites, or by phone through a Smart HealthPass member services representative, you agree to be billed on a recurring monthly basis via the credit card or bank account billing information that you have provided for the amount of the specified service in which you have enrolled. Recurring monthly payments will continue until such time as you cancel your account either in writing by submitting a notice of cancellation by mail at Smart HealthPass, attention: customer care center, 4201 Spring Valley Road, Suite 1500, Dallas, Texas 75244; or by contacting by phone (855) 212-6020 Monday through Friday from 9AM TO 5PM CST.

Smart HealthPass provides all members with a 30 day money back guarantee. You MUST cancel your Smart HealthPass membership within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial purchase in order to receive a refund.

Any cancellations after thirty (30) calendar days of purchase will not receive a refund.
