Don't leave your emergency treatment to chance.
ICE Tracer is an Emergency Medical Solution & Personal Health Record (PHR) System that allows members to add, edit and store lifesaving emergency contact and medical information. In the event of an emergency, First Responders have access to a member's personal health profile, as well as the information needed to contact family members and alert them of their current condition.
ICE Tracer is identified as a guaranteed way to access your vital personal health information. Each ICE Tracer card includes urgent emergency information, a QR code that can be scanned by any smartphone and your personal member ID number. By scanning the QR code or inputting your member ID number, First Responders, EMTs, nurses or any responding medical personnel are taken to your personal profile page where they learn necessary medical and emergency contact information. Members use ICETracer.com to add, edit and store their emergency contact information along with vital medical conditions like allergies, pre-existing conditions, medications and hospitalizations.
A traumatic event occurs requiring the assistance of Emergency Personnel. First Responders are trained to locate important information such as
Drivers License and Medical IDs and find the ICE Tracer card behind your Drivers License.
Upon registration, an auto generated Member ID # and QR Code with an embedded personal health profile URL is created.
Member then inputs their personal and vital medical information, saves it and then can print or
order their card.
If a traumatic event occurs, First Responders access information by scanning the QR code or visiting ICEtracer.com and entering the Member ID #.
By utilizing ICE Tracer technology, first responders have immediately access to your vital medical information.
Reduce confusion, increase response time and minimize risk, all with the help of a single simple tool.
